Constitution Day Essay Contest & Panel Discussion The Political Forum Constitution Day Essay Contest & Panel Discussion is an annual competition which challenges students to examine the fundamentals of the Constitution of the United States of America, and how they apply today. The event also caters to the members of the community who are invited to attend and participate. Constitution Day Lecture At the Library Presented by Prof. Phillip Mancusi Prof. Mancusi is a Class of 1994 Palm Beach State College alumnus, a University of Florida graduate, and graduated from Florida Atlantic University in 2003 with a Master's in Political Science. He’s taught middle school history with the School District of Palm Beach County and is starting his 20^th year teaching at PBSC. Mancusi, who teaches American Government and Political Science, has taught on every campus but Boca Raton.
