- Guest Speaker featuring Matthew LenihanGuest Speaker featuring Matthew Lenihan Matt started out in business in New York City, learning how companies find and train good workers. After moving to Florida, he switched to helping colleges connect with businesses to train employees and build strong job pipelines. He worked at Polk State College, then earned a master’s degree in career education. At Saint Leo University, he helped grow partnerships and improve student enrollment after COVID.
