The event also caters to the members of the community who are invited to attend and participate. - Constitution Day Lecture At the LibraryConstitution Day Lecture At the Library Presented by Prof. Phillip Mancusi Prof. Mancusi is a Class of 1994 Palm Beach State College alumnus, a University of Florida graduate, and graduated from Florida Atlantic University in 2003 with a Master's in Political Science. He’s taught middle school history with the School District of Palm Beach County and is starting his 20th year teaching at PBSC. Mancusi, who teaches American Government and Political Science, has taught on every campus but Boca Raton. Free Pocket Constitution for all attendees.
