Transition to RN with a Practical Nurse or Paramedic License Review Session Transition to the RN program with an active Practical Nurse or Paramedic license. The transition student can bridge to semester two of the RN program with a passing score of 75% or higher on the Accelerated Challenge Exam (ACE). Transition students can choose between four RN programs: Accelerated, Lake Worth fulltime, Belle Glade fulltime or the Lake Worth Evening/Weekend Program once the program requirements are met, the HESI Math section is met with minimum 80% and a passing ACE score. Proof of a current PN or Paramedic license is emailed to the Nursing Program Specialist, Rhonda Grant Boles.
